We thank you for your pledge and desire to join the growing family of corporate sponsors in support of Jacie’s Kids, a Long Island based charity helping local children and their families fight cancer.

As a corporate sponsor and for a yearly donation of $250, your benefits include:

  • Promotion on the JaciesKids.org website with your business’ logo, website & contact info

  • Invitation to all charity and fundraising events

  • Opportunity to set up a business table area at Jacie’s Kids events

  • Introduction to other charities that Jacie’s Kids partners with

  • Invitation to attend one Jacie’s Kids Board Meeting each year

  • The ability to invite up to 25 Guests to all Jacie’s Kids charity events

  • Ability to sponsor raffle prizes at charity events for branding promotional opportunity

Submitting Your Donation and Request for Sponsorship

You can process your Corporate Sponsor donation of $250 by using the form below.  Simply fill out the form, and select your method of payment from our three choices.

Payments can be processed through Paypal for Paypal and secure credit card payments.

​

You can also use VENMO to donate and find the charity’s account at @JaciesKidsCharity.

 

Finally, you can mail a check in the amount of $250 (USD), payable to Jacie’s Kids, to:

PLEASE SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION 

 

  • Once you have submitted payment, please send the following to our marketing team c/o jacieskids@hotmail.com.

  • Your contact name, phone, and email with a copy of your high-res logo in jpg or png

  • A 25, 50, and 100-word description of your company to be included on the web and social media posts

  • 1-3 sentences in your own words as to why you have decided to sponsor and how you feel about helping local kids in our communities fight cancer.
